The mission of the Construction Training Institute (CI) is to offer a comprehensive selection of courses for insurance professionals that will increase their knowledge and skills related to commercial insurance products, risk management and consultative selling.
CI utilizes adult learning theory, instructional design and technology in its curricula to give insurance professionals a competitive advantage for serving the construction industry.

Agents and Customer Service Representatives who are recently licensed and have basic knowledge of property and casualty insurance and/or those who have limited experience in the construction industry. Also, experienced insurance professionals who need CEU credits at the intermediate course level for 2-20 General Lines (Property and Casualty).
